We suggest that participants make reservations in the Hotel PLAŽA in which the conference will take place. Please notify Hotel agents that you are participant of the ICOM2009 Conference as Organizing Committee has reserved a limited number of rooms with the special conference rate.

Travel Info
Herceg Novi is easily accessible by plane from three nearby airports: Tivat (Montenegro), Dubrovnik (Croatia) and Podgorica (Montenegro). Domestic and many European companies have regular flights to these airports.

Currency: The official currency in Montenegro is Euro (EUR). Most foreign currencies can be converted in banks, hotels or exchange offices. International credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops. All remittances into the ICOM2009 account should be made in Euro.
Insurance: The organiser does not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.
Passport and visa information: A valid passport and/or identity card is required for all participants. Visa may be required for some countries. For specific information, please contact the nearest Montenegro embassy at least six weeks before your departure to Montenegro.
