Oral Presentations
The time for oral presentations is scheduled on 15 min including discussion (12+3) and for invited lectures on 30 min including discussion.
• Instructions to speakers
Each speaker should bring the final version of the presentation (in Power Point 2003 or pdf format) on a USB stick or burnt on a CD. You should check-in at the Conference Desk the day before your presentation (on Wednesday check-in will be available during registration) or before the start of the morning session on the day of your presentations latest. Personnel will be there to assist you in transferring the files from the CD/USB stick to the system computer. Presentation from a private laptop is not possible.
Prior to the start of the session, please identify yourself to the session chairs and familiarize yourself with the presentation tools. The time allocated for each oral presentation includes about 3 minutes of discussion time. Chairpersons will be requested to adhere to the times, so please do not risk running out of time and therefore missing the opportunity for questions and discussion.
Poster Presentations
• Poster area
The poster sessions will take place in the Business Club (next to the National restaurant of Hotel Plaža).
It is recommended to keep poster dimensions close to the "A0" size (about 85x120 cm).
• Poster mounting
There will be two Poster Sessions.
For the Session I poster presenters should mount their poster on Thursday August 27 between 8.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. You should remove your poster right after the end of the poster session on Thursday.
For the Session II poster presenters should mount their poster on Friday August 28 between 8.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m.
You will find the number of your poster on the panel. You will be provided with materials to attach your poster to the panel. Please ask one of the standing-by helpers from the Organizing team if you need assistance.
• Poster viewing and presentation
During the session at least one of the co-authors must be present at the poster. If no presenter shows up, the paper will not be published in the Proceedings.
